You may have noticed this during the last few days, but the propagation conditions are now changing from winter to summer conditions.
Trans-equatorial propagation on the higher bands is now there !!!!!!! I spent half an hour yesterday evening until 20:30z (2 hours after my sunset) working SA with only 100W. PY/LU/ZP/CX answered my calls ![]()
I really appreciated this winter season, since this was my first one o the low bands, enablig me to get 130DXCC on 80m and 170 on 40m !!!! (So the 5band DXCC and 5B WAZ).

This summer, I'll work on a K9AY (EWE is good, but requires 2 ground planes, and is omnidirectional). At the opposite, the K9AY can easily be switchable in opposite directions, and requires only one ground plane....
I'll also work on some "easy" but missing DXCC on the high bands, maybe some real DX's (asia on 10 is rare here), as well as new zones (this will definitely depend on the rising slope of the new solar cycle)...Ideally, improve also my 6m DXCC (I got 36 DXCC there, with the HexBeam "tuned" on that band !)
