Today, French post office decided to transmit my QSL cards from German managers, HI ! I got CE0Z/DL2AH (12m QSO, ALL TIME NEW ONE) J8/DL7AFS (17/15m QSO, new one on those bands) All of them are really BEAUTIFUL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks to Babs...

Hi, Well quite a few days without any QSL in the mail..But today, I got some "Fresh" ones - OY9R from Otto (QSO on 10m, tnx for new band !) - LU1ZAB (Matienzo base, Antarctica), and LU1ZD (Base San martin), tnx to Horacio, LU4DXU !!!!!!!
Bernd (VK2IA) as VK9AA and Jan (DJ8NK) as VK9CCC will operate from Cocos Keeling during 18.Nov.-26.Nov 10-160m CW, SSB and RTTY. VK9AA will be active in CQWW-CW with QSL via DL8YR . VK9CCC via DJ8NK .
Slaven, 9A4X and Zdenko, 9A5RR will be active from Easter Island (SA-001) on 23-31 October. Slaven will operate as CE0Y/9A4X on all bands, and will participate in the CQ WW DX SSB Contest as CC0Y on 15 metres. QSL via 9A2AA. Good luck to all !!!!!!!!...
Coming soon on the air, and geographically close to PZ (see tohers DX news) : Guyana ! Starting the 30th of September and until the 13th of October we will be on the air on the usual frequencies in SSB, CW and RTTY as 8R1XR and 8R1XT from Georgetown....
Yesterday, I aslo received 3XY5M QSL for my 10 and 12meters QSO (April '07). A new one confirmed on those 2 bands (Which is quite nice in this lowest part of the solar cycle). Thanks to the manager PA7FM Dennis, and of course thanks to Michael 3XY5M !!!!!...

That's a great news to have learnt that Clipperton isl (French territory) will be on the air next March 2008. I believe it will be a new one fr many of us, so be patient and good luck in the pile-ups !!!!!!! Their web site is here : clipperton2008.or...
Today, I feel quite sad. The propagation is very poor, although we are in equinox period (susceptible to be a good period for DX QSO's....). One more thing, next solar cycle is planned to begin.......next March.....This hurts. Maybe good enough for VP6DX...
A few days again, and the solar indexes went down, below the SFI 70 barrier... Very rare openings here in West-Europe, lots of static noise...I'm really looking forward for the next solar cycle to start concretly !!!!!! Have we already reached the bottom...
