QSO in the log: ZY0F 20/15m, 4J9M 15m

Hi all,

I have been chasing ZY0F this week-end (a bit, not that much time behind the radio), since I only have PY0F confirmed on 40/20m.
I could get them on 15m quite easily (definitely, calling by numbers is the way to go for small pistols like me).
On 10m, they were also arriving quite well (up to S5 here), but there were too many guys to go over the pile-up. I decided to wait for them to work by numbers, which they did at around 20:30GMT.
I could hear some French guys working him (F1JKJ Launret for example) . Band was starting to close up here, and when finishing with number 7the guy just said "I 'm going to have a drink"...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
When he came back 15minutes later, propagation was gone here, I could very barely hear him....Anyway, it will be for the next time.

I also QSO'd with 4J9M on 15m (new one there), with quite a low signal (5/5 + QSB), but he has great ears and speaks perfectly French, HI !

2 new ones on 15m, I'm now approaching the 250 DXCC there, quite good indeed.

En effet, c'est l'avantage d'avoir un indicatif en F1: Ca arrive plus vite lorsque les stations appellent par numéro ! HI

Je les ai eus sur 10m puis sur 15 juste après. Pas beaucoup de radio ce WE non plus, mais j'ai eu aussi SV2ASP/A sur 15m.

Oh, j'te raconte pas comment j'attendais avec impatience le n°8...Mais le temps d'y arriver, il est parti boire un coup et au retour, quasi inaudible ici (alors qu'il était S5-S7 en pointe sur le
n°1, et j'te confirme, t'es bien passé, HI  !!!!). En tous cas, bravo pour les 2 QSO d"affilée..Je ne les ai eus que
sur 20/15m, mais ils ne sont restés que 4 jours (à peine) sur place...Ca sera pour la prochaine fois !
Assez tranquille ici aussi niveau trafic...J'vais essayer de me bricoler une moxon 2 (voir 3 ?) éléments pour le 6m, histore d'essayer...Sinon, la K9AY "half size" est étendue dans le jardin,
faudrait que je la monte un jour quand même (avant la saison prochaine). Mais les bandes basses en ce moment, je n'y vais quasiment plus !
