VK9LA : QRP QSO on 40m !!!!!!!!!! Tnx Stan !!!!

Hi,

Well, this morning was exceptional : I heard VK9LA operated by my friend Stan, SQ8X, on 40m SSB, stronger than yesterday (up to S8 here !), and he was listening up 5, with ONLY a very few takers !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I decided to switch off the linear, decrease the output power of the transceiver to its minimum value, and called "F8AFC/QRP" with my 5 watts !

Stan had great ears, since he replied to me after a couple of calls only !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks a lot Stan, CU on other bands  !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
