New DX on 17m, YI1RAZ, #232

Hi all,

Nice but short opening quite early this morning on 17m (at 09:00GMT) : I QSO with Razi, YI1RAZ..This is a missing one on 17m (DXCC n°232 on this band), and my 3rd QSO with him (already contacted on 80 and 40m).

I'll send a QSL to his manager, because from now, I just miss YI on 12 and 10m :-)
