CQWW SSB 2008 : Summary of my low bands QOS

Hi all,

Well, as for every contestn I participate in order to contact some new ones on some bands (and of course ideally all time new ones, but this is rare).

Priority was given here for the low bands for the 1st contest of the HF2, HI !

Not so bad actually, thanks to the AL811H which boosted my signals there (run at 600W around..I neven use it at max output power, although during testing, i know it can provide very close to 800W PEP on both 40/80m, HI !)

MANY MANY new ones on both 40/80m (I was almost starting from scratch on 80m...my DXCC score was 58 there before the contest,, while it was 105 on 40m...)

As far as my memory is correct, here are a short list of the stations I QSO with :
40 and 80m : 6Y1V, VP5T, PZ5Z, 8P5A, FY5KE, HC8A, ER0WW, HQ3Z, CN3A, 3V8BB, PJ4E, NP3Z
40m only: NL7Z
15m : VK9DWX

I also made some more new ones, but those are the ones I remember until now.

Thanks to this contest, my DXCC score went up to 128 on 40m, and up to 84 on 80m...I'm approaching the "100" DXCC on 80m, but this is just the beginning of the winter season here !
