I got VP6DX on 17m yesterday late afternoon with 5W PEP on 17 m !!!!!!!!!!
He was 5/5 here, and was calling without many takers.
So I decided to call him with low power, and he answered !!!!!!!

try to find me on their in-line log as F8AFC/QRP !!!!!!!
