QSL in the mail : R1AND Antarctica

Hi all,

Very spordaic reception of QSL these days, but all of them come from...Antarctica QSO's, HI!
Today, this is R1AND arriving here, for a 20m SSB QSO (thanks for the new base Wally !!!!!!)

I'll re-send a direct letter to RU1ZC for 2 reasons:
- 1 QSO in QRP with Wally on 20m (my first Antarctica QRP QSO !)
- 1 QSO with Wally on 17m SSB (new DXCC on this band)...
