3B7C St Brandon Follow-up

As you must have noticed, 3B7C on St Brandon isl started today.

Signals were not that good, especially on the high bands (nothing here on either 12 and 10m). I succeeded in QSO them on 20, 17 and 15m, with real signals varying between S2 (20m) up to S7 (17m). They were S5 max  on 15m...
20m was pretty hard to get, because of the WAE contest running at the same time, and North American stations coming in quite strong, even on the back on the antenna !!!!!

With a SFI at 67 today, that's not so surprising, even with all the materials they brough on the island....But the challenge for me was to QSO them with 100W max, so I'm quite happy for this very 1st day of expedition..I may try QRP later on (I'm also chasing DXCC / QRP), depending on band conditions of course.  And of course, I look for them on 10m, the only band I miss 3B7...

One thing to notice, QSL are OK via BURO (G3NUG), which is becoming more and more rare nowadays. But I believe that due to the cost of the operation, a SAE with a little more than the postage inside would incite them for another expedition later on...
